How we compare
Who runs this site?
Vapevergleich is run by Liquid LLC and is an offering of the Holster brand. Holster makes liquids, not devices. Holster liquids therefore appear as “Editorial recommendation (Holster)” for refillable pod kits and are labelled as such. Full details of the operator can be found in the imprint.
Where does the data come from?
All values are manufacturer information from the product data: device type, battery capacity, capacity, power, compatible pods and, for disposable vapes, the nicotine strength. If a model exists in several colours or flavours, we combine it into one entry and state the number of variants in the database. The data date is shown on every page under “Last updated”. We do not carry out our own measurements.
How are the devices sorted?
All devices appear alphabetically by brand. The division into disposable vapes, devices for prefilled pods and refillable pod kits is based on the manufacturer’s product designation. A device can belong to two groups if it accepts both types of pod.
What do ✓, – and “not specified” mean?
- ✓ The information is available and applies.
- – The information is available and does not apply.
- not specified The manufacturer provides no information on this. We do not estimate values and never equate missing information with “no”.
Devices we do not include
Devices whose stated tank size raises questions about the legal 2 ml limit for nicotine-containing liquids are only included after clarification.
Images
We only show photos of the original packaging or manufacturer images that we have checked beforehand. We do not use images with watermarks, retailer logos or advertising overlays. If no checked image is available, the product does not appear in the comparison. Mandatory warnings on packaging remain unchanged.
What we do not do
We do not award points, grades or placements and do not rate products of other brands. There are no prices and no links to retailers.
Found an error?
